Apple allows returns within 14 days of purchase at Apple Stores or online. There is no restocking fee for US purchases, and items must be in their original condition with all accessories and packaging.
Engraved products and activated gift cards cannot be returned. Custom-configured Mac systems may be refused if they cannot be resold.
